03 — ENGINEER
TURN THE DESIGN INTO A BUILDABLE SYSTEM
Once the design direction is confirmed, it is translated into the technical details required for production and installation.
Dimensions, structures, connections and interfaces are coordinated so that what is designed can also be manufactured, assembled and installed correctly.

04 — MANUFACTURE
BUILD THE SYSTEM
Approved project details move into fabrication, finishing, assembly and quality inspection.
Where appropriate, key components or modules can be pre-assembled or trial-fitted before shipment to improve consistency and simplify site installation.
05 — INSTALL
FROM FACTORY TO SITE
At the project site, the columbarium system is positioned, assembled and adjusted in coordination with the surrounding architectural works.
Depending on the project scope, Dongsheng can provide installation guidance, on-site coordination or installation support.
06 — HANDOVER
READY FOR OPERATION
After installation and final checks, the completed system moves into handover and operation.
Dongsheng can provide project handover, training and ongoing technical support. Where required, digital management and access-control solutions can also be integrated into the completed columbarium system.
