Columbarium projects in different markets do not always require the same delivery method. Dongsheng can support traditional on-site installation or modular shipping, depending on the project location, system design, transportation conditions and local installation requirements.
On-Site Installation — A Proven Delivery Method
On-site installation has long been a proven delivery method for Dongsheng overseas projects, particularly in Southeast Asia. Before shipment, representative sections are assembled in our factory for inspection, adjustment and functional checking. Where required, clients can also review and confirm these sample sections before shipment.
After factory verification, the system components are packed and shipped to the project site, where Dongsheng personnel or a coordinated project team completes the installation. The site is therefore the place for final installation—not the first place where the system is tested.
Modular Shipping — More Completed Before Delivery
For long-distance projects, Dongsheng can also supply factory-completed modules. The main niche structure is assembled and checked at the factory before shipment. Where integrated lighting is included, the internal wiring and related electrical preparation can also be completed in advance, leaving only the required final power connection at site.
Front panels such as glass or finished doors may be packed separately for transportation protection. After the modules are positioned at site, these panels can be fixed in place without rebuilding the niche system from individual components.
A Practical Option for Long-Distance Markets
For markets such as North America and Europe, where international travel, local labor costs and project coordination can have a greater impact on installation planning, modular shipping can be a practical alternative. Completing more work in the factory can reduce on-site labor, shorten installation time, reduce international travel requirements and simplify site coordination.
